About

My mission is to make a positive contribution to architecture and historic preservation — especially within the rich and diverse built environment of the Midwest. I began my career at the statewide preservation nonprofit Indiana Landmarks, where I fully learned to appreciate the enduring relationship between buildings and community identity. I received my professional Master of Architecture in August 2021 from the University of Notre Dame, where I secured the distinction of class valedictorian for my degree program and was awarded the Henry Adams Medal (Graduate). I also hold a Master of Science in Historic Preservation. I am currently engaged in a combination of historic rehabilitation and new construction projects at an architecture firm in Cincinnati.

I believe in the importance of context-sensitive design, heritage conservation, and creative invention within living architectural traditions. My strongest interests include adaptive reuse, neighborhood revitalization, mixed-income housing, and respectful urban infill in historic settings.
